About Us

Dr. Yan Gu

Originally from Shanghai China, Dr. Gu moved to New Jersey when she was 14 years old.  Dr. Gu obtained her Master’s degree from Rutgers school of Biomedical Science. With her interest in dentistry, she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, and graduated at the top of her class! Following graduation, Dr. Gu completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Hackensack Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Gu is in constant pursuit of the mastery of her craft through continuing education courses. This has allowed her to stay abreast of state-of-the-art dental procedures, materials, and equipment - which ensures that her patients have the most comfortable and effective care that the field has to offer. She finds gratification in making meaningful differences in the lives of her patients.

Dr. Gu’s approach to treatment relies heavily on patient education and the prevention of oral pathology and trauma. She practices by the mantra that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Dr. Gu believes that by clearly conveying the status of a patient’s oral and systemic health, they may opt for the treatment plan that best fits their needs and desires.

Dr. Manleen Kaur

Dr. Manleen Kaur received her Bachelor in Dental Surgery from Amritsar, India. After moving to the USA she completed a Masters in Public Health (Epidemiology) from University of North Texas. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Minnesota.

Dr. Kaur’s passion is to provide comprehensive dental services to her patients in a pleasant, safe, and comfortable environment and takes pride in strong relationships she has created with her patients and  colleagues. Dr. Kaur continuously participates in innovative seminars and continuing education courses to keep herself updated with the latest advances in Dentistry. Outside work, Dr. Kaur loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two kids.

Pamela

Patient Care Coordinator

​Meet Pamela, our patient care coordinator. Pamela has worked in the dental field for 6 years. Her favorite part about her job is meeting new people every day and helping them meet all their needs to have the smile they want and she making sure everyone that comes in has a great experience starting with the front desk. Pamela is trilingual and when she is not at work she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Cheryl

Registered Dental Hygienist

My patients are always a priority while under my care. I ensure they receive the best dentistry I am capable of. I regularly attend continuing education courses to update my knowledge of dental procedures. I graduated top of my class at MCC and have been treating patients for over 25 years.

Some of my hobbies include interior design, dollhouses, cruising and studying foreign languages. I am also very passionate about animals. I am married and enjoy spending time with my husband.

Anabela

Registered Dental Hygienist

Meet Anabela! She has been a hygienist for over 3 decades and is a dedicated hygienist. She strives for excellence in her skills and patient experience. She enjoys talking to her patients about dental oral care and hygiene. Anabela does her absolute best in helping her patients to improve their dental education and experience. What makes Anabela unique is that she loves her wonderful patients who became a part of our dental family. Anabel enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Meet Kathy, our patient care coordinator. Kathy has worked in the dental field for 12 years her favorite part about her job is meeting new people every day and helping them meet all their needs to have the smile they want and she makes sure everyone that comes in has a great experience starting with the front desk. Kathy is bilingual, and when she is not at work, she loves collecting sneakers and spending time with her family!
